Kerosene is also called #1 diesel fuel oil and can be mixed with diesel fuel to gain a couple of benefits. In the winter time, kerosene is extremely useful for changing the cold weather handling temperatures of diesel fuel. Dyed Red for non-highway use.
Benefits:
- Contains a higher level of Cetane for a faster, more fuel efficient start.
- Lower viscosity will make this ideal during winter months
- Added lubricants to help keep your system running smoothly
- Contains fuel additives to clean the system as it runs and improves vehicle life.
Areas of Consideration:
None Specified
Applications:
Add to Diesel #2 in winter to lower viscosity and keep fuel from gelling.
